this past weekend was very eventful... went to tech on thurs and fri, kd w. oyfa & fact fundrasier party on sat (you know it's a good party when you don't remember stuff). i almost had a heart attack when i "lost" my camera that night but... no worries... i found it!!  other than all that i still had a great time just hangin out... fall break was so good that i extended it an extra day  well almost time to thow down for dj's bday! maybe i'll remeber this one. look out for pics from the past week!

just wanted to wish my sis a very happy birthday!! i <3 u!!! and also a very happy birthday to kat... and a belated birthday to my mommy!  wat's up w. everyone and their mom being born in october??? 

another exciting update... this week i actually made it all the way to walmart on the bike  yes that's rite... i'm on the road!!! i'd have to say that i was very proud of myself... and i'm still alive... which is the most amazing part. all it takes now is practice to get used to downshifting and watnot. i'll be taking the bike class sometime in the late oct w. my friend greg. so i hope to have my REAL license by the end of this month. so watch out! lookin for a bike now... anyone know of someone who's willing to part w. their CBR or R6??? holla at me!!!

some exciting news this past week (see pic below)...

for those of you that didn't notice from the pic... i finally got my motorcycle learner's permit!!!  so i'm on my way to gettin my bike. donations are welcome for the lyn's new bike fund... it's for a very good cause... haha. in due time i'll be ridin. just takin it step by step for now. (and yes i kno i'm dark in the pic. i jus got back from key west. gimme a break!)

this past weekend i went home to celebrate a few birthdays. happy birthday paul & pip!! went to tobacco co. on friday. i was a lil worried that i wouldn't be able to get in, but surprisingly the bouncer hardly even looked at my id. i'm glad that i got in cuz i had a good time. but then again, you'll always have a good time when it's happy hour. afterwards, we went to a house party and saw a lot of people i wouldn't expect to see in 804- some nova heads and couple of UVA alums! what are u guys doin at a VCU party?? umm... i guess i shouldn't be talkin. i had a good fun (from wat i remember at least.) the next night we played a lil beer pong. of course my partner and i were yet again undefeated. i didn't do very well on my one-on-one competition tho. i want another rematch!  before heading home i left a lil surprise on volts comp. i hope he enjoys it! haha... don't worry i'll post the pics from this weekend. (well, most of the pics anyway )

man! it's been so long since i've updated... i just been really busy with school starting up. the last time i posted was when i was in the PI. well... PI was bomb diggity... i had sooo much fun!!! site seeing, meeting the fam, making new friends, goin out, shopping and of course boracay!  i'd definetly have to say it's the best vaction i've ever had. for those of you who haven't been i'd strongly encourage you to go! i even thought about goin back there again next summer and maybe even doin the same summer program my sis did at UP. i miss the PI and everyone i met there.  maybe i'll go to the UP reunion even tho i wasn't part of the program... came back and got to hang out with everyone that i missed from home... played beer pong (missed that too! they don't have that in the PI) then had to get back into school mode... boo! i think being in the PI turned me into an alcoholic... i've drank almost every day that i've been back except for a couple of days here and there. last night wouldda placed me in AA. i went to a sigma nu date function w. matt... it was open bar... yes! i said OPEN BAR!! we figured we'd take advanage. i found out last nite that opened bar & lyn are definately not a good combination. i was good for the first half of the nite and all i remember from the last half was me yackin in the bathroom of o'neill's. matt had to pretty much carry me home and babysat me till i passed out. he even set my alarm so i could get up for my 8:30 & turned on the nightlight cuz i'm scared of the dark... haha!! thanks matt!! you're the best!
